It's easy to book gear. Simply choose the item you want, select your rental dates, and click "Request to Book." From there, enter your billing details and confirm your reservation.

Before publishing a listing, sellers must complete identity verification and connect a bank account for payouts through Stripe's secure onboarding process. Once verified, sellers can: • Click "List Your Gear" from their account. • Fill in the listing details — title, description, photos, pricing, and availability. • Publish the listing. It will be visible to all users on the marketplace. Listings can be edited or closed at any time by the seller.

Sellers receive their earnings directly to their connected bank account after a rental is completed.

If your gear is damaged during a rental, contact our support team right away. We'll review the situation and help work out a resolution with the renter.

To create an account, click "Join for Free", select either Merchant or End User, and fill in your name, email, and password. Then you're all set!

Identity verification applies to sellers only — customers do not need to verify. How it works for sellers: • During signup, sellers are directed to a secure Stripe-hosted verification form. • They provide their bank account details and may be asked for a government-issued ID (depending on their country). • Once verified, their listings can be published and they can receive payouts.
